A story on the NY Times website today talks about the county registar's actions aimed at treating students registering at college addresses as full taxpayers.

The legislation, which can be described as 'hot' in light of the critical nature of the upcoming elections, has attracted widespread concern from various circles of the US legal community.

And those doing it are obviously negative and backward disruptors!
